Each presenter will be given 10 minutes in total. This will comprise a 7-minute presentation, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.

- Guidelines to create and submit a presentation file
We recommend preparing your presentation in English and creating the file in MS PowerPoint format (.pptx) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. All presenters must visit the preview room to check and upload their presentation files ahead of their session.

If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please request the withdrawal by sending an email to the secretariat as soon as possible.
